Government lawyers ought to read some recent federal court opinions about waiver of attorney-client privilege via inadvertent disclosure. It's not as simple to undisclose something as it might have been even a few years ago.

Not that civic rights ought to be decided by inadvertence, but still, the USA ought to have lawyers who heed the law governing how they do their jobs.
