A former Goodwin Procter partner has joined the Washington office of Brown Rudnick, the firm announced Wednesday.
Christopher Hagan joined Brown Rudnick as a partner in the corporate department. Hagan has more than 20 years of experience in private equity law, mergers and acquisitions, growth equity financings and general corporate law, according to a press release.
He also works with portfolio companies of private equity funds on mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and joint ventures and recapitalizations.
“Chris is a highly regarded private equity lawyer with wide ranging experience,” Brown Rudnick CEO Joseph Ryan said in a written statement.
