While no witnesses have been announced for Monday, based on HOGR and Issa's practice, I think we can make a pretty good guess -- two or three long time Hill staffers or perhaps CRS employees or a former House GC, all of the witnesses representing the Hill/legislative perspective (perhaps Louis Fisher or Morton Rosenberg), and no witness representing the Executive Branch perspective, whether academic or former DOJ or WH Counsel employee. That's what you get at a show trial.
