Stevens Co-Clerk Dies: Longtime Covington & Burling partner Stanley Temko died at age 91 on March 7. The Washington Post has an obituary that recalls Temko's clerkship for Supreme Court Justice Wiley Rutledge in 1947 and 1948 alongside future justice John Paul Stevens. Stevens praised Temko's "exceptionally bright legal mind."
