Since this is a government body shielding its records, it is subject to Freedom of Information Act disclosure rules. A high-profile FOIA request should be filed by the plaintiffs, as well as by interested media groups, including the NRA.

And when we see how much money was wasted in defending an unconstitutional position, the responsible parties should be held professionally accountable.


If counsel really worked Pro Bono then why would DC object to releasing their billing records? It makes no sense.
