With all the attention focused on the White House tomorrow, the Senate Judiciary Committee has postponed Tuesday's Justice Department oversight hearing. A spokeswoman for the committee said the hearing has been rescheduled due to the White House signing ceremony for the Patient Protection and Affordable Health Insurance Act.
Attorney General Eric Holder Jr. was the lone witness scheduled for the hearing, and he was expected to face tough questions from Republicans about the department's national security policies, among other topics. The hearing has been rescheduled to April 14 at 9:30 a.m.
