I agree that the American courts are just as capable of holding kangaroo-type proceedings and ignoring human rights and convicting people without adequate evidence as are military tribunals. As a matter of fact, the U.S. has probably had more experience so those who are concerned that the terrorists will receive a fair trial in the American courts , not to worry - they probably won't.
