The lobbying firm Quinn Gillespie & Associates has added Stephanie Sutton, a Democratic fundraiser and strategist, to its ranks. With Quinn Gillespie, Sutton will focus on House Democrats in the financial services, telecom, and energy areas.
Sutton previously served as the finance director for then-Rep. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.). Before joining Gillibrand’s team, she was the deputy finance director for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
"We are very excited to have Stephanie join QGA," said firm chairman Jack Quinn in a statement. "Her campaign and coalition experience will complement the firm's work with key outside constituencies."
Sutton was not immediately available for an interview.
In 2008, lobbying disclosure reports show Quinn Gillespie recorded revenue of about $16.42 million. Some of the firm’s bigger clients include Delta Airlines, Entergy Nuclear, Qualcomm, and State Farm Insurance.
