Abort the Bill: It may not even be signed into law yet, but the ACLU of Texas is exploring its legal options when it comes to the omnibus abortion bill passed by the Texas legislature and on Governor Rick Perry's desk. Perry is expected to sign the bill on Thursday morning. Texas Tribune reports.
Obamacare: Despite the threat of a veto, House Republicans passed a bill that would delay two key parts of the health care act. The New York Times reports that parts of the health care law which require most Americans to have insurance and employers to offer it would be delayed in the Republican bill.
Buyout: The opponents of Michael Dell's proposed buyout of the computer company he founded don't want to delay the vote any longer. Reuters reports that the almost 30 percent of the shareholders who oppose the buyout want the vote, which they argue will fail.
Voting Rights: Less than a month after the Supreme Court overturned part of the Voting Rights Act, and Congress is holding hearings on how to fix the law. Our own Todd Ruger reports.
