Yes. The corporations are eliminating the little guys systematically through "lobbying" congress.

Wait a minute. You all mean that I cannot sell my patent to somebody who can afford to try and enforce it. It is still inconceivable to me that I can be expropriated or punished for having the temerity to challenge a thief of my invention just because he has more money and protection of the big brother government. It reminds me of the time in the DDR when my father's business (built from scratch) was taken away without compensation. We sure are getting there in a hurry.
