Morgan, Lewis & Bockius has added an intellectual property litigator to its Washington ranks. Eric Namrow joins the firm as a partner and will chair the International Trade Commission practice. He focuses on cases before the ITC and district courts, specifically Section 337 investigations. He was previously a partner with O'Melveny & Myers.
Two former big law partners have left DLA Piper to start a regulatory law and litigation practice at Paley Rothman in Bethesda, Md. James Rathvon and Cristen Rose joins as principals, with Rathvon serving as the chair of the new group. His practice focuses on the regulation of pesticides and other chemical products. Rose focuses her practice on commercial and business litigation, mass torts, class actions, product liability defense, environmental litigation, contractual disputes and regulatory compliance.
