Edwards Wildman and Hunton & Williams have each added attorneys to their Washington offices.
Alethia Nancoo joins Edwards Wildman as a partner in the firm's public finance department. She was formerly a partner with Hogan Lovells. She represents clients like municipalities, public issuers and authorities, nonprofit corporations, and investment banks on infrastructure projects like airports, toll roads, surface transportation, mixed-use multifamily housing and water and sewer matters.
Scott Stone joins the environmental law practice at Hunton & Williams as of counsel, having moved from Sierra Nevada Corporation, an electronic systems provider. At his former company, Stone was director of global environmental initiatives. He focuses his practice on administrative, environmental, and international law, particularly Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and other environmental regulatory issues.
