Further translation: Lawyers are unnecessary unless they are representing big business. Then, they are just a necessary evil.

Translation: The Chamber will continue to oppose any attempts to impose safety and accountability requirements on big business/big insurance even if it harms the individual consumer and individual liberty. I oppose the Chamber's stance.
