DuPont 'Fraud': A federal judge in St. Louis on Friday unsealed a December 2011 order in which he found that E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. "knowingly committed a fraud upon the court" in a patent dispute with Monsanto Co., The Litigation Daily reports. U.S. District Judge E.
