Federal prosecutors contend that an Oklahoma lobbyist was not paying more than $1,000 a month to a state senator for legal representation, but instead was paying him bribes, The Oklahoman reports. Prosecutors told the judge that the lobbyist was known for trying to stop AT&T legislative projects.
