I have been personally threatened by a Baltimore law firm if I reveal any facts or evidence about racketeering and corporate espionage crimes committed against one of CMS&T's clients who have filed legal action. This humongous scandal and massive cover-up is finally being exposed by honest attorneys and media like CNBC "Crime Inc. Secrets For Sale" which aired 8/23/12.

All he has to do is a "recess" appointment whether the Senate is on recess or not. [He has not been loath to do such in the past.]
