Perkins Coie has added a partner to its government contracts practice in Washington, the firm announced this week.
Martin Willard, formerly a partner at Wiley Rein, rejoins Perkins Coie, where he practiced from 1988 to 2005.
Willard focuses his practice on government contracts, audit and cost accounting and internal investigations.
"He is a talented litigator and a recognized expert in audit and cost accounting issues, internal investigations, and contractor compliance and ethics," Rich Clifford, chair of the firm's government contracts practice, said in a written statement.
Willard was not immediately available for comment.
