who really pays when a drug company like this gets fined? does the price of their medications go up, ya think?

I'm quite sure everyone there still gets the same pay, and the investors still get their returns. The patients who take their drugs end up paying.


Many companies are hit with these charges that say they were doing the wrong kind of marketing or marketing their product that had issues. Companies have to be very careful because certain marketing methods can actually increase their liability especially if the product has some problems.
