A new partner has joined Brown Rudnick to fortify the firm's white collar defense and government investigations practice.
Thomas Ferrigno, formerly with Fulbright & Jaworski, focuses his practice on securities enforcement matters. In the past, he has represented public companies, broker dealers, investment advisers and individuals in investigations and litigation conducted by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ferrigno has also worked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he was chief counsel of the agency's enforcement division.
"The attorneys at Brown Rudnick have an outstanding reputation, and I am very excited to be joining a firm that will enable me to provide my clients with superior service," said Ferrigno in a press release. He wasn't immediately avalaible for comment.
