Pepper Hamilton has acquired the law and consulting firms of former FBI director Louis Freeh. The law firm, Freeh, Sporkin & Sullivan, and the consulting firm, Freeh Group International Solutions LLC, will officially become part of Pepper Hamilton starting September 1.
Freeh Sporkin has 12 lawyers spread across offices in Washington, New York and Wilmington, Del. Eugene Sullivan and Eugene Sullivan II will join Pepper Hamilton as partners in its white collar litigation and investigations practice in Washington. Freeh recently completed his investigation into Penn State’s handling of the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal.
