"Why do you want to file a weak complaint when you can investigate and file a strong one?" he asked attorneys. "How does that serve the interests of the investors in the company that you supposedly represent?"

Brain Disposal: The Sixth Circuit ended the lawsuit of a woman who discovered that a medical examiner had disposed of her mother's brain as medical waste after an autopsy, The Wall Street Journal reports. The woman claims that the county violated the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment by denying her the right to dispose of her mother’s brain as she saw fit.
