Dismissed: A federal judge in Virginia dismissed a lawsuit of victims who say they were sexually assaulted in the military, reports Associated Press. Judge Liam O'Grady said the judiciary has no business intervening in military matters, but called the allegations troubling.
Guilty: A Washington attorney pleaded guilty to securities fraud and obstruction of justice for his part in a $37 million insider trading scheme, The Washington Post reports. Matthew Kluger allegedly stole information from his former firms which include Cravath Swaine & Moore, Skadden Arps, Fried Frank, and Wilson Sonsini.
