Merger Mania: Midsize firm Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin is merging with Washington, D.C.-based Arnold & Porter to create an 800-lawyer firm, NLJ affiliate The Recorder reports, and Denver-based Holme Roberts & Owen has reached a merger deal with Bryan Cave, the two Am Law 200 firms announced Tuesday, according to The American Lawyer.

I feel sorry for that innocent man. There are many people who are being accused of things that they did not commit.
