The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is going after the big fish, today indicting former McKinsey & Co. head Rajat Gupta for securities fraud in connection with the Galleon Group hedge fund.
Gupta, 62, allegedly passed material nonpublic information to Galleon's Raj Rajaratnam, who was ordered to serve 11 years in prison on Oct. 13 for trading on illegal tips.
