Michael Socarras has joined the Washington office of Chadbourne & Parke as a partner, the firm announced Wednesday. He'll work with the firm's commercial litigation, international dispute resolution and investigations practices.
Socarras has experience resolving disputes through negotiation, arbitration and litigation. He specializes in public international law, commercial, intellectual property and regulatory matters. Previously, Socarras was a partner at McDermott Will & Emery. He also previously served as a law clerk for U.S. Court of Appeals for D.C. Circuit Judge James Buckley.
