Investors Suit: A state appellate court in New York has reinstated aiding and abetting charges against a New Jersey law firm, Lum, Drasco & Positan, in a suit related to a $22 million Ponzi scheme, the New York Law Journal reports via Law.com.
Thomas' Donors: Politico digs into the IRS Form 990 for Liberty Central, the non-profit headed by Virginia Thomas, and reports that it has landed two big donations, of $500,000 and $50,000. The donors' names weren't disclosed.
