Accounting giant KPMG has added Devon Bodoh to its Washington national tax practice’s corporate group as a principal based in Washington.
He will advise on a range of tax matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations, spin-offs, debt restructurings, and bankruptcy workouts.
Bodoh, 36, was previously a partner in the Washington office of Dewey & LeBoeuf, where he focused on the federal tax aspects of complex corporate transactions, financing transactions and general corporate tax planning.
Also leaving Dewey & LeBoeuf for KPMG is partner Monica Coakley, 41. She will be based in the accounting firm’s New York office.
