In a statement, George Kieffer, chair of Manatt’s government and regulatory policy practice, said, “[Roth’s] deep experience with complex regulatory legal matters and skill successfully litigating bid protest disputes further bolsters Manatt’s considerable government contracts practices in California and New York.”
Update (4 p.m.): Roth said she decided to return to Manatt to help the firm grow its government contracts practice in Washington.
"It was a very hard decision because I enjoyed my time at both firms. But I'm excited be be joining Manatt and helping the firm to become a go-to government contracts firm in the health care, information technology and environmental space.," Roth said. She added that she was also attracted to the "nimbleness" of a smaller firm.
