Update (4 p.m.): Roth said she decided to return to Manatt to help the firm grow its government contracts practice in Washington.
"It was a very hard decision because I enjoyed my time at both firms. But I'm excited be be joining Manatt and helping the firm to become a go-to government contracts firm in the health care, information technology and environmental space.," Roth said. She added that she was also attracted to the "nimbleness" of a smaller firm.
