Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart has added Robert Niccolini to its Washington office as a partner. Previously, Niccolini was a partner at McGuire Woods’ office in Baltimore.
Niccolini represents management in employment litigation and traditional labor disputes, with an emphasis in the technology and telecommunications, health care, life sciences, and government contracting industries.
Niccolini has also assisted clients in commercial litigation and insurance-coverage disputes.
In a statement, Michael Heenan, Ogletree Deakins’ Washington managing partner, said, “Rob’s outstanding skill as a litigator, along with his top-level labor and employment law skills, will make him an invaluable asset for our clients and firm.”
Niccolini was not immediately available for comment.
