Back Before the Senate

Judge Sonia Sotomayor is testifying for a third day before the Senate Judiciary Commmittee and NLJ will again be providing wall-to-wall coverage. Supreme Court correspondent Tony Mauro and Capitol Hill reporter David Ingram are reporting on Twitter and the BLT.
