Two more Thelen partners have found a home at Reed Smith. Phillip Lookadoo joins the firm’s Washington office, and Eulalia Mack joins in New York.
These latest recruits follow a group of renewable energy lawyers and a team of labor and employment lawyers who joined Reed Smith from the now-dissolved Thelen in recent weeks. Lookadoo and Mack both join the business and finance department at Reed Smith. Lookadoo specializes in transactional and regulatory energy work, and Mack represents energy companies in Securities and Exchange Commission compliance matters and private equity and public capital market transactions.
Lookadoo had been a partner in the Washington office of Thelen and its predecessor firm, Reid & Priest, since 1992. Mack had been a partner in Thelen’s New York office since 2005.
