Six former Thelen lawyers have found homes in the District. Morgan, Lewis & Bockius announced that two lawyers have joined the employee benefits practice in Washington, and Troutman Sanders welcomed four lawyers to its D.C. tax group.
Benjamin Delancy, formerly the chair of Thelen’s employee benefits practice, is now a partner at Morgan, Lewis. Associate Vicki Nielsen joined the firm with him.
At Troutman, David Jacobson and Howard Cooper joined as partners, Raymond Dacek is of counsel, and Gerald Towne is an associate. All four came from Thelen’s energy and utilities tax group.
