The Associated Press is reporting that the E. Barrett Prettyman courthouse is being evacuated. Apparently, a leaking battery that was improperly disposed of has produced a sulfuric reek throughout the building. No one was injured by the leak, but a few people complained of watery eyes. The evacuation was ordered as a precaution, U.S. Marshal George Walsh told the AP.
