Jackson Lewis’ 20-lawyer Vienna, Va. office picked up a new partner from the Department of Labor. Bradford Hammock is the third partner to join the labor and employment firm in Vienna this year. Garen Dodge, previously chair of Wiley Rein’s labor and employment practice jumped to Jackson in March, and Paul DeCamp joined earlier this year from the Labor Department’s wage and hour division.
Since 2005, Hammock served as counsel for safety standards in the solicitor’s office at the Labor Department. In that position, Hammock advised Occupational Safety and Health Administration officials and reviewed and approved new OSHA safety standards. At Jackson, he continues to specialize in OSHA matters.
“In the OSHA arena, Brad can do it all – rulemaking and regulatory work, compliance counseling, audits and litigation avoidance, and citation settlement and abatement,” said Jackson’s Vienna managing partner John Remy in a statement.

Jackson Lewis was also the former home of Ed Foulke, currently Assistant Secretary of Labor for OSHA. More on Foulke, OSHA and J-L's anti-union ways here: http://spewingforth.blogspot.com/2005/09/osha-nominee-ed-foulke-gift-to-workers_20.html
