Hamdan Headed for Trial

By Joe Palazzolo

Judge James Robertson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia denied a request by Salim Hamdan, a former driver for Osama bin Laden, to stop his military commission trial from going forward. Hamdan's trial is scheduled to begin Monday.
