Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal had an interesting reaction to the departure of three patent litigation partners, including the former head of the practice, for Morrison & Foerster. In commenting on the departees, Sonnenschein said that two of them had been asked to leave last month when the firm laid off 37 lawyers.
