The Washington office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom today announced that the co-chair of Jones Day’s health care practice has joined Skadden to lead the firm’s health care enforcement and litigation group.
Greg Luce will be a partner in the D.C. office, where he joins the 110-lawyer litigation department after spending 15 years at Jones Day. He focuses on defending hospitals, healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, suppliers, and physicians against fraud and abuse investigations.
