Andrew Steinberg, a former assistant secretary for aviation and international affairs for the Department of Transportation, will join the government regulation practice in the D.C. office of Jones Day on May 1, the firm announced yesterday.
Steinberg, who is also a former executive vice president and general counsel for Travelocity.com and Sabre Holdings and a former associate general counsel of American Airlines, has spent five years at the Transportation Department.
