Associates at Latham & Watkins are happy campers this bonus season. According to Eric Bernthal, the managing partner of Latham’s D.C. office, the firm is paying an average 2007 bonus of more than $51,000, and top-notch associates got as much as $133,500.
Total compensation for some senior-level associates neared $400,000, except in New York where compensation was even higher.
