As Democratic Presidential hopefuls head into another debate tonight, there appears to be one issue that they see eye to eye on: opposing the confirmation of attorney general nominee Michael Mukasey. Because of the retired federal judge’s refusal to repudiate waterboarding as torture and take a stand on the limitations of executive power, most of the field has quickly lined up against his confirmation. Even Hillary Clinton, who hasn't taken a hard position, is “deeply troubled” by Mukasey’s comments, a spokesman told The New York Sun. Could the rest of the party follow suit?
