A move across the Atlantic of note: Mayer Brown last week lured William Charnley from the London office of McDermott Will & Emery. Charnley, a private equity and hedge fund partner, helped open McDermott’s London office in 1998.
Charnley starts October 1 in Mayer Brown’s London office and will be charged with building the private equity practice.
