ZZZZZZZZ
Hey, gang: It’s naptime! A law firm in Raleigh, N.C. recently created what it's calling a “power room” for a little afternoon snooze, writes the News & Observer. Kilpatrick Stockton says that the room, complete with a couch, recliner, and a blanket, is open to everyone in the firm, although first dibs go to lactating mothers in search of a little privacy.
How to make sure no one bursts in on you? There’s a cute little sign that lawyers, administrative assistants, or anyone, for that matter, can affix to the door that says, “Shhhhhhhh. I’m in here snoozing.” “We’re very client-focused,” says partner Tricia Goodson. “Sometimes we have to work extended hours to meet their needs. Everybody in the working world likes to strike a good work-life balance.” Or just score a little shuteye.

less sleep makes you dummier. it s a scientific fact.
