Contributors to the Employees of Northrop Grumman Corporation PAC can breathe a sigh of relief since the FEC found "no material non-compliance" based on a review of the PACs reports and statements. The PAC was audited for its activity from January 2003 through December 2004 when it had over $1.6 million in receipts. The FEC looked at receipt of excessive contributions and loans, disclosure of contributions received, consistency between reported figures and bank records, and disclosure of expenses allocated between federal and non-federal accounts, among other areas, according to the audit.
